Job Summary/Objective:
We are looking for an experienced leader for our Supply Chain team in our Sioux Falls facility. This person will be responsible for supporting Warehouse operations within the Supply Chain Department and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. As Warehouse Coordinator II, you will provide an oversight of our team which is responsible for supporting the inventory integrity of our pharmacy operations. It will be imperative this individual become our subject matter expert in all tactical functions relating to the day-to-day processes of their team. A successful Warehouse Coordinator II will work closely with Supply Chain to ensure accurate inventory control and Production to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of supply. Attention to detail is essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily Cycle Counts in which you will need to accurately count medication and enter into the system thereafter with recounts performed as needed.
  • Responsible for keeping an accurate count and location of products stored in the secure warehouse, checking shelf tags and expiration dates.
  • Assist with the returns and retrievals process in which returned medication is appropriately documented in our system and prepared for destruction.
  • Assist with Quarantine in which medications need to be accurately labeled and placed in the correct bins for shipping and or destruction while coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely pickup.
  • Assist with managing inbound shipments from various vendors.
  • Working closely with Production to replenish workstations with supply of packaging and inventory.
  • Ordering supplies as needed.
  • Set up the daily task board.
  • Responsible for keeping warehouse equipment serviceable.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple system applications simultaneously.
  • Data Analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Data Entry background strongly preferred.
  • Previous Pharmaceutical experience preferred. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year’s warehouse experience and ability to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of warehouse operations, such as inventory control and purchasing skills.
  • Must be Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
