Position Summary
The Production Training Coordinator collaborates with the Production Supervisors and Manager of Training & Development to meet the training needs of the department. They will work closely with new hires to provide onboarding training as well as coaching and continuation training for existing Production personnel.
Essential Functions
The employee must stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds throughout a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).

Essential Functions
- Onboarding
- Assist new employees to access LMS.
- Confirm all LMS training has been completed prior to On-the-Job training.
- Perform On-the-Job training for systems, pack outs, & different stations.
- Ensure new employee is proficient in the current station before training on another.
- Current Staff
- Train existing staff in new stations.
- Maintain updated roster of department personnel, including training.
- Coordinate monthly LMS training schedule.
- Reschedule training if staff member misses assigned time.
- Provide training on PSOP / CWI updates as needed.
- Provide documentation to the Manager of Training & Development if training has been completed outside of LMS.
- Provide refresher training to existing staff as needed. (Audit, feedback, etc.)
- Provide training status updates to Manager of Training & Development.
- Content Development
- Identify trends / opportunities and work with Manager of Training & Development to develop Job Aids / Training Resources for department.
- Assist with Production duties during down-time, to stay up to date on current Production practices.
- Assist with testing and validation of new service lines in workflow.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong people skills – Facilitation, soft skills, providing feedback, patience.
- Organized, efficient, ability to multi-task
- Project management
- Should have at least 12 months of experience in a Medvantx Production role.
- Certified Production Tech preferred
- Fluent in all stations / functions
